Noodley goodness, and easy to make!
What is it?
Japchae is very simply beef stir fry, using sweet potato vermicelli. It is often served as a starter or side dish in Korean restaurants and can utilise a variety of vegetables.
It’s a standard soy sauce stir fry with the addition of noodles.
It’s really easy to make at home and you can find the recipe here.
Japchae is also lovely reheated the next day for a lunch at work.
