Today’s Nuts+Bolts of Korean looks at putting those Korean characters we’ve previously covered together into words 

Basic Bat-chim rules

1. If you see a strengthened consonant in the bat-chim position, remove the strength from it.

2. Consonants ㅅ,ㅈ, ㅎ all sound like ㄷwhen they are in the Bat-chim position
