What is it?
Yangnyeom chicken is one of my favourite Korean foods. A testaments to the Korean peoples to adapt food in their own way, Yangnyeom chicken uses ketchup and red pepper paster in it’s sauce and is fried multiple times to make it nice and crispy.
A delicious sweet and spicy dish, Yangnyeom chicken is fusion food at it’s best.
